En av de böcker som jag såg i på bokmässan i London handlade om lapptäcken som fredssymbol och lapptäckssömnad som fredsskapande insats. En härlig tanke eller hur? Jag är inte riktigt säker på att Quilting for peace är samma bok, den verkar ha några år på nacken, men den innehåller alltså 25 berättelser om människor, grupper och organisationer som arbetar med lapptäcken och som ser det som ett bidrag till en bättre värld. Beskrivningar till femton olika lapptäcken får man också. Och vackra bilder!
