Foto: Karin Olsson<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten g\u00f6r jag p\u00e5 m\u00e5f\u00e5 efter tillg\u00e5ng p\u00e5 gr\u00f6nsaker, s\u00e5 jag har lite sv\u00e5rt att ge m\u00e4ngder, men s\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00f6r jag:<br \/>\nF\u00f6rst g\u00f6r jag en stor gryta gr\u00f6nsaksr\u00f6ra, f\u00f6r den \u00e4r bra att ha f\u00e4rdig i frysen. H\u00e4ll lite olja i grytan, eller sm\u00e4lt lite margarin, och b\u00f6rja med att fr\u00e4sa skivad l\u00f6k. L\u00e4gg sedan i till exempel grovt rivna mor\u00f6tter, purjol\u00f6k, paprika, squash och vitk\u00e5l efter tillg\u00e5ng. Krydda med salt eller kanske hellre \u00f6rtsalt. L\u00e5t gr\u00f6nsakerna koka under lock i sitt eget spad i 10\u201315 minuter.<br \/>\nR\u00f6ran g\u00e5r bra att anv\u00e4nda direkt &#8212; eller att frysa in n\u00e4r den har svalnat.<\/p>\n<p>Till pastal\u00e5dan: ta till varje portion 2\u20133 dl f\u00e4rsk eller tinad gr\u00f6nsaksr\u00f6ra (beror p\u00e5 hur hungriga ni \u00e4r) och 1\u20131\u00bd dl torra snabbmakaroner. Blanda ihop och l\u00e4gg i en ugnsfast form. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver en vanlig osts\u00e5s eller annan grat\u00e4ngs\u00e5s (inte alltf\u00f6r tunn).
