Glutenfri utan minsta problem, och enkel att variera med massor av f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r p\u00e5 sommaren, frukt efter vad som finns eller konserverad frukt om det \u00e4r det som \u00e4r enklast. F\u00f6re den avslutande musikvespern i kyrkan blir det t\u00e5rta i pr\u00e4stg\u00e5rdens matsal, d\u00e4r konstn\u00e4ren Eva Sp\u00e5ngberg m\u00e5lat \u00e4nglar i taket. Blanda i sockret och vispa till en styv mar\u00e4ngmassa. R\u00f6r sedan f\u00f6rsiktigt ner riskrisp och bred ut smeten p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper i l\u00e5ngpanna. Gr\u00e4dda i mitten av ugnen i 125 grader i ungef\u00e4r 65 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda \u00e4ggulor, gr\u00e4dde, socker och majsena- eller potatismj\u00f6l i en kastrull och l\u00e5t sjuda till det tjocknar till en kr\u00e4m. R\u00f6r om hela tiden! Blanda i sm\u00f6r och vaniljsocker.<\/p>\n<p>Dela mar\u00e4ngen i tv\u00e5 delar, bred ut fyllningen p\u00e5 den ena och l\u00e4gg den andra ovanp\u00e5.
