Jag hade lovat min farfar hallon till eftermiddagskaffet, och en liten, liten plastask kostade 45 kronor. Vinb\u00e4ren var n\u00e4stan lika dyra!<\/p>\n<p>Har man n\u00e5gra n\u00e4var av det ena eller det andra utanf\u00f6r knuten s\u00e5 kan man g\u00f6ra den h\u00e4r goda namnsdagskakan, som Josephine bakade till Kristina-dagen nu i veckan. Jag vet att det finns ett mycket liknande recept i n\u00e5gon av kyrkkaffeb\u00f6ckerna, men jag kommer inte ih\u00e5g vad det heter &#8230; och det h\u00e4r med b\u00e4ren \u00e4r ju liksom po\u00e4ngen s\u00e5h\u00e4r \u00e5rs. Tack, Josephine!<\/p>\n<p>(Uppdatering: nu har jag hittat den. Den heter Mjuk vaniljkaka och finns i <em>P\u00e5t\u00e5r<\/em>!)<\/p>\n<p><span>en kaka i sockerkakestorlek (gr\u00e4dda i rund form utan h\u00e5l i mitten)<\/span><br \/>\nUgn: 175 grader, ca 30 minuter<\/p>\n<p><span>3 \u00e4gg<\/span><span><span><br \/><span>3 dl socker<\/span><br \/><span>3 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/span><br \/><span>2 tsk bakpulver <\/span><br \/><span>1 dl vatten <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>s\u00e5s:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span>125 g sm\u00f6r<\/span><br \/><span>1 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/span><br \/><span>drygt 1 msk vaniljsocker (i receptet i <em>P\u00e5t\u00e5r<\/em> st\u00e5r det \u00bd dl)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>ovanp\u00e5:<br \/>\nb\u00e4r!<\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>Vispa \u00e4gg och socker fluffigt. Blanda vetemj\u00f6let med bakpulvret och r\u00f6r ner det i \u00e4ggsmeten. Koka upp vattnet och r\u00f6r ner det ocks\u00e5. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span><span><span>H\u00e4ll smeten\u00a0i en smord och br\u00f6ad rund form. Gr\u00e4dda kakan i 175 grader i ungef\u00e4r en halvtimme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Koka ihop sm\u00f6r och mj\u00f6lk och r\u00f6r ner vaniljsockret. <\/span><br \/><span>Dela den varma kakan i tv\u00e5 lager och h\u00e4ll s\u00e5sen \u00f6ver b\u00e5da innersidorna. L\u00e4gg ihop och str\u00f6 b\u00e4ren ovanp\u00e5.
