Det var tv\u00e5 kursdagar, s\u00e5 jag passade p\u00e5 att h\u00e4lsa p\u00e5 hos familjen Flateb\u00f6. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flatebo.se\/sv\/\" target=\"_blank\">Josephine <\/a>hade jag tr\u00e4ffat f\u00f6rut, en g\u00e5ng, och sedan har vi h\u00e5llit kontakten. Nu fick jag tr\u00e4ffa David och Sally ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Och \u00e4ta slabang!<\/p>\n<p>Josephine skickade receptet f\u00f6r ett par \u00e5r sedan, och det har varit med i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.libris.se\/stickcafe.html\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Stickcaf\u00e9<\/em><\/a> och en bok till, men jag hade faktiskt aldrig smakat.<\/p>\n<p>Nu kan jag med stort eftertryck rekommendera det till alla!<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r en glutenfri t\u00e5rta som \u00e4r ganska enkel att g\u00f6ra laktosfri (sm\u00f6ret och gr\u00e4dden f\u00e5r man h\u00e5lla ett \u00f6ga p\u00e5 d\u00e5) och kanske till och med helt mj\u00f6lkfri.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00f6r man:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Slabang<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>en rullt\u00e5rta<br \/>\nUgn: 225\u2013250 grader, ca 5 minuter<\/p>\n<p>3 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n1\u00bd dl str\u00f6socker<br \/>\n\u00be dl potatismj\u00f6l<br \/>\nminst 2 msk kakao<br \/>\n1 tsk bakpulver<\/p>\n<p>sm\u00f6rkr\u00e4m:<br \/>\n100 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n1\u00bd dl florsocker<br \/>\n1 msk vatten<br \/>\n2 tsk vaniljsocker<\/p>\n<p>dessutom:<br \/>\nen liten &#8221;korv&#8221; mandelmassa<br \/>\n2 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<br \/>\n2 bananer<br \/>\nflorsocker<\/p>\n<p>Vispa \u00e4gg och socker p\u00f6sigt. Blanda potatismj\u00f6l, kakao och bakpulver och sikta ner det i \u00e4ggsmeten. H\u00e4ll smeten i en bakpl\u00e5tspapperskl\u00e4dd l\u00e5ngpanna och gr\u00e4dda kakan i 225\u2013250 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme i ungef\u00e4r fem minuter (passa noga!). Stj\u00e4lp sedan upp kakan med hj\u00e4lp av en pl\u00e5t och l\u00e5t den kallna.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r sm\u00f6ret mjukt, sikta florsocker och vaniljsocker \u00f6ver det och r\u00f6r ihop allt detta och vattnet. Bred kr\u00e4men \u00f6ver den avsvalnade kakan.<\/p>\n<p>Riv mandelmassan och str\u00f6 ut den ovanp\u00e5 sm\u00f6rkr\u00e4men. Vispa gr\u00e4dden och bred ut den ovanp\u00e5 mandelmassan. L\u00e4gg de skalade bananerna l\u00e4ngs med den l\u00e5nga kanten av rullt\u00e5rtan och rulla ihop.
