Inte s\u00e4mre, men fulare enligt n\u00e5got slags standard som vi omedvetet har l\u00e4rt oss att f\u00f6lja: krokiga gurkor, potatis\u00a0i blandade storlekar och former, \u00e4pplen som inte g\u00e5r att spegla sig i, sm\u00e5 \u00e4pplen, tomater som skiftar lite i f\u00e4rg, krokiga mor\u00f6tter &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Man skulle kunna l\u00e4gga till prickiga,\u00a0bruna och skadade bananer och\u00a0mj\u00f6lken med kortast tid kvar till &#8221;b\u00e4st f\u00f6re&#8221; ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r l\u00e4ngst, till exempel. Och Jens Linder brukar dessutom tala sig varm f\u00f6r framdelsk\u00f6tt och in\u00e4lvsmat ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r fil\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Nu har det pl\u00f6tsligt blivit en stor nyhet av detta. I <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dn.se\/nyheter\/sverige\/butiker-ratar-ful-mat\" target=\"_blank\">DN<\/a>, till exempel. Det \u00e4r intressant att l\u00e4sa kommentarerna d\u00e4r en del vill skylla allt p\u00e5 matbutikerna och andra s\u00e4ger att matbutikerna bara arbetar p\u00e5 det vis som fungerar b\u00e4st. Det l\u00f6nar sig inte att st\u00e4lla fram krokiga mor\u00f6tter, och det l\u00f6nar sig inte heller att l\u00e4gga arbetstid p\u00e5 att sortera och erbjuda dyra raka och billiga krokiga.<\/p>\n<p>De f\u00f6rsta &#8221;avvikarna&#8221; sl\u00e4ngs redan p\u00e5 odlingen, och sedan forts\u00e4tter de att sorteras bort i alla led, hemma p\u00e5 k\u00f6ksb\u00e4nken ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5gon som har n\u00e5gon id\u00e9 om hur vi kan komma tillr\u00e4tta med det?<\/p>\n<p>Bland dem som kommenterar DN:s artikel \u00e4r det en som skriver att svenskarna borde odla mer sj\u00e4lva, f\u00f6r d\u00e5 skulle de l\u00e4ra sig att det mesta \u00e4r gott \u00e4ven om formen inte f\u00f6ljer standarden.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2356\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2356\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2011\/07\/eftersk\u00f6rdare-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2356\" title=\"eftersk\u00f6rdare 2\" src=\"https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/anna\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2011\/07\/eftersk\u00f6rdare-2-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2356\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Eftersk\u00f6rdare fr\u00e5n stan (bild l\u00e5nad fr\u00e5n DC Central Kitchen).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>P\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dccentralkitchen.org\/food-recycling.php\" target=\"_blank\">DC Central Kitchen <\/a>i USA:s huvudstad Washington DC \u00e4r en av verksamheterna att \u00e5ka ut med volont\u00e4rer till olika g\u00e5rdar ganska n\u00e4ra stan och hj\u00e4lpa till att packa och k\u00f6ra hem det bortsorterade. Det anv\u00e4nds tillsammans med \u00f6verbliven mat (oserverad s\u00e5klart) fr\u00e5n stadens restauranger till DCCK:s matlagning &#8212; 4500 portioner varm mat varje dag till pension\u00e4rer, heml\u00f6sa och skolbarn. Volont\u00e4rer \u00e5ker ocks\u00e5 till g\u00e5rdar och <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dccentralkitchen.org\/article.php?id=306\" target=\"_blank\">&#8221;eftersk\u00f6rdar&#8221;<\/a>, n\u00e5got som b\u00f6nderna sj\u00e4lva inte l\u00e4gger resurser p\u00e5 eftersom resultatet \u00e4r klenare \u00e4n vid de stora sk\u00f6rdarna, men som resulterar i massor av gr\u00f6nsaker.<\/p>\n<p>Kan det vara n\u00e5got att ta efter? Eller vad finns det f\u00f6r bra svenska id\u00e9er?<\/p>\n<p>(Och det \u00e4r alltid folk h\u00e4r i Sverige som\u00a0skickar in bilder av hj\u00e4rtformade potatisar eller f\u00f6r\u00e4lskade mor\u00f6tter till lokaltidningarna och veckotidningarna.
