R\u00f6r ner mj\u00f6lk och\/eller gr\u00e4dde. Blanda mj\u00f6l och bakpulver och r\u00f6r ner ocks\u00e5 detta. Vispa \u00e4ggvitorna till h\u00e5rt skum. V\u00e4nd ner dem f\u00f6rsiktigt i smeten och h\u00e4ll den i formen.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda kakan i nedre delen av ugnen i ungef\u00e4r 50 minuter.
