Om man vill g\u00f6ra en st\u00f6rre sats fruktsallad som ska h\u00e5lla n\u00e5gra dagar kan man anv\u00e4nda f\u00f6ljande frukter: \u00e4pple, blodgrapefrukt, apelsin, melon (alla utom vattenmelon), druvor och passionsfrukt. Den blir frisk och god. Fem\u2013sex dagar h\u00e5ller den sig fr\u00e4sch i en plastl\u00e5da med lock\u00a0i kylsk\u00e5pet, s\u00e4rskilt om man h\u00e4ller av v\u00e4tskan ibland (den blir en j\u00e4ttegod frukostjuice).&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Nu n\u00e4r olika saker i tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rden blir f\u00e4rdiga att \u00e4ta i rasande fart kan man ju ta sig en snabb runda de morgnar man hinner och komplettera den h\u00e5llbara fruktsalladen med till exempel ett par blad mynta och med mindre h\u00e5llbara b\u00e4r som smultron, jordgubbar och hallon.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Om man
