Det kan man ha till en massa goda saker, f\u00f6rst\u00e5s, men eftersom alla i huset hade \u00e4tit mycket ris p\u00e5 festen best\u00e4mde jag mig f\u00f6r att g\u00f6mma lite av det i matbr\u00f6d.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e5llade havregryn, eller \u00f6verbliven havregrynsgr\u00f6t om man har, \u00e4r den b\u00e4sta grunden f\u00f6r goda tekakor. Jag sk\u00e5llade nog minst sju deciliter med s\u00e5 mycket vatten att det blev en ganska l\u00f6s gr\u00f6t och v\u00e4ntade tills det hade svalnat till ungef\u00e4r fingertemperatur. I med ungef\u00e4r tre deciliter ris, och s\u00e5 salt, lite socker (i brist p\u00e5 sirap eller honung) och ett paket j\u00e4st. Sedan vetemj\u00f6l till lagom konsistens. Ordentligt med j\u00e4stid. Lite mer mj\u00f6l vid utbakningen. J\u00e4sning igen. 175&#8211;200 grader i ugnen (efter ett tag satte jag p\u00e5 varmluften f\u00f6r att kunna gr\u00e4dda mer \u00e4n en pl\u00e5t i taget).
