F\u00f6r mig personligen blir den dessutom alltid en p\u00e5minnelse om gamla v\u00e4nner fr\u00e5n Uppsala\u00e5ren &#8230; Det var i soffh\u00f6rnan hos Nillan och Micke i Enstalund jag smakade denna h\u00e4rliga kaka f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen och bad om receptet. Jag fick det p\u00e5 en lapp som sedan dess sitter inklistrad i min receptbok!&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Receptet finns med i <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.libris.se\/langpannans-lov.html\" target=\"_blank\">L\u00e5ngpannans lov<\/a><\/em>, och n\u00e4r den hade kommit ut h\u00f6rde en l\u00e4sare av sig och fr\u00e5gade om det verkligen skulle vara sju teskedar bakpulver i kakan. Det visade sig att det st\u00e5r s\u00e5 i Elinnes originalrecept men att det nog kan g\u00e5 bra med en mindre m\u00e4ngd ocks\u00e5. Om du tycker att det l\u00e5ter mycket, s\u00e5 prova med drygt en matsked.<\/p>\n<p>en l\u00e5ngpanna att sk\u00e4ra i rutor<\/p>\n<p>7\u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n4\u00bd dl str\u00f6socker\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n2\u00bd msk vaniljsocker<br \/>\n7 tsk bakpulver<br \/>\n250 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n3-4 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n3 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/p>\n<p>Blanda de torra ingredienserna. Arbeta ihop dem med sm\u00f6ret.<\/p>\n<p>Tag undan tre deciliter av denna blandning och spara till senare.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4gg och mj\u00f6lk och vispa till en j\u00e4mn smet.
