Som mest har jag varit med och tillagat 250 portioner till en kyrklunch. Det tog sin tid och det gick \u00e5t ett antal arbetsvilliga som skalade mor\u00f6tter, l\u00f6k och potatis, men gemenskapen i k\u00f6ket var minst lika varm och h\u00e4rlig som den runt matborden dagen d\u00e4rp\u00e5. Soppan kan n\u00e4mligen med f\u00f6rdel lagas till en dag i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g.<\/p>\n<p>Om man vill kan man spara vitl\u00f6ken och\/eller \u00f6rtkryddan och r\u00f6ra ned den i creme fraiche som klickas i soppan direkt i tallriken vid serveringen.<br \/>\n<em>Ylva, \u00d6rebro<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more-->f\u00f6r fyra personer<\/p>\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k<br \/>\n1 liten purjol\u00f6k<br \/>\nev vitl\u00f6k<br \/>\nolivolja<br \/>\n2 mor\u00f6tter<br \/>\n1 palsternacka<br \/>\n2 potatisar<br \/>\n1 dl r\u00f6da linser<br \/>\n1\u00bd liter gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong<br \/>\n500 g krossad tomat<br \/>\n1\u20132 msk citronsaft<br \/>\nvitpeppar<br \/>\ntorkad dragon eller basilika<\/p>\n<p><em>till serveringen:<\/em><br \/>\nev cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/p>\n<p>Skala och hacka l\u00f6k och purjol\u00f6k (och vitl\u00f6k om s\u00e5 \u00f6nskas). Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken n\u00e5gra minuter i olivolja. Ha inte f\u00f6r h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme \u2013 l\u00f6ken ska inte brynas. Skala och finhacka morot och palsternacka. R\u00f6r ner gr\u00f6nsakerna i grytan med l\u00f6k. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vatten och buljongt\u00e4rningar och koka upp alltsammans. Skala och t\u00e4rna potatis. Tills\u00e4tt potatis, linser och krossad tomat. L\u00e5t soppan sjuda i 10\u201315 minuter. Vill man ha en mildare variant kan man anv\u00e4nda naturell cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<br \/>\nServera g\u00e4rna soppan som f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt vid n\u00e5gon festm\u00e5ltid med vitl\u00f6ksbr\u00f6d till.<br \/>\n<em>Gunvor<\/em><\/p>\n<p>f\u00f6r 4 personer<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n4\u00a0normalstora mor\u00f6tter<br \/>\n1\u00bd gul l\u00f6k<br \/>\n2 msk paprikapulver<br \/>\n2 msk oregano<br \/>\n4 dl vatten<br \/>\n1\u00bd gr\u00f6nsaksbuljongt\u00e4rning<br \/>\n1 burk cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche med paprika och chili<br \/>\n2 dl mj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n4 f\u00e4rska tomater<br \/>\n1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSkala mor\u00f6tterna och riv dem grovt. Hacka l\u00f6ken. Fr\u00e4s mor\u00f6tter, l\u00f6k, paprikapulver och oregano (st\u00f6t den lite f\u00f6rst) utan att det tar f\u00e4rg. H\u00e4ll i vatten, gr\u00f6nsaksbuljongt\u00e4rningar, cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche och mj\u00f6lk och l\u00e5t puttra i ungef\u00e4r tio minuter.<br \/>\nHacka tomaterna och pressa vitl\u00f6ksklyftan.
