S\u00e4rskilt n\u00e4r det var en ny receptbok p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng d\u00f6k det upp v\u00e4ldigt sp\u00e4nnande kakl\u00e5dor och br\u00f6dp\u00e5sar.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5h\u00e4r ber\u00e4ttar Zora om r\u00e5nt\u00e5rtan fr\u00e5n Carigrad:<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;Serbien var en del av Turkiet i 500 \u00e5r, och den h\u00e4r &#8217;t\u00e5rtan&#8217; \u00e4r ett exempel p\u00e5 hur matkulturen p\u00e5verkades i omr\u00e5det runt Vojvodina. N\u00e4r jag vet vad grytan v\u00e4ger kan jag m\u00e4ta upp honungen ocks\u00e5, och sedan sm\u00e4lter jag den i grytan. R\u00f6r ner \u00e4ggviteblandningen f\u00f6rsiktigt och r\u00f6r medan allt svalnar. K\u00e4nn med fingertoppen.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt valn\u00f6tterna och r\u00f6r om.<\/p>\n<p>Dela kr\u00e4men i fyra lika stora delar.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg ett r\u00e5n med den djupare m\u00f6nstrade sidan ner\u00e5t p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5t. Bred en del fyllning p\u00e5, l\u00e4gg ett r\u00e5n ovanp\u00e5 och forts\u00e4tt. Det femte r\u00e5net l\u00e4ggs med den djupare m\u00f6nstrade sidan upp\u00e5t.
