Minns jag r\u00e4tt s\u00e5 kom hon p\u00e5 id\u00e9n en g\u00e5ng n\u00e4r hon hade bakat en stor sats Brysselkex &#8212; botten i de h\u00e4r kakorna \u00e4r Brysselkex-degen ur <em>Kyrkkaffe<\/em>.\u00a0 K\u00e4nner man sig inspirerad kan man g\u00f6ra en mindre sats mar\u00e4ng och baka ut m\u00f6rdegen till tv\u00e5 olika sorters kakor, f\u00f6rst\u00e5s.<\/p>\n<p>Tack till Birgitta som bakade kanelmar\u00e4ngformarna till fotograferingen!<\/p>\n<p>De \u00e4r enkla att g\u00f6ra mj\u00f6lkfria (byt bara ut sm\u00f6ret mot mj\u00f6lkfritt margarin) men riktigt sv\u00e5ra att g\u00f6ra \u00e4ggfria.<\/p>\n<p>ca 50 kakor<br \/>\nUgn: 175 grader<\/p>\n<p>ca 1 l vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n2 dl socker<br \/>\n4 tsk vaniljsocker<br \/>\n400 g sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>mar\u00e4ng:<br \/>\n6 \u00e4ggvitor<br \/>\n3 dl socker<br \/>\nkanel efter smak<\/p>\n<p>Blanda ihop degen och forma den till rullar ned tjocklek som botten p\u00e5 en muffinsform. Sk\u00e4r rullarna i ungef\u00e4r 50 skivor. L\u00e4gg dem i muffinsformarna (inte de j\u00e4ttestora amerikanska, utan &#8221;vanliga&#8221;, gammaldags).<\/p>\n<p>Vispa \u00e4ggvitorna styva, r\u00f6r ner sockret och vispa lite till. Blanda i kanel, men r\u00f6r inte f\u00f6r mycket \u2013 smeten f\u00e5r g\u00e4rna vara lite strimmig. Klicka smeten i muffinsformarna.
