Auf diese Weise bekam ich dieses Cheesecake-Rezept vom meiner alten Klassenkameraden Pernilla, die im \u00d6stersund wohnt. Im Rezept steht, dass man die Geschmacksverbesserung mit Lemone weglassen kann, falls man m\u00f6chte, aber laut Pernilla ist es genau das, was das gewisse Extra ausmacht.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber eine Sache wundere ich mich. Obwohl ich sogar bei The Cheesecake Factory in der USA Cheesecake gegessen habe, wo ein St\u00fcck wie eine ganze Mahlzeit ist. Gibt es irgendwo verschiedene Namen f\u00fcr gebackene und ungebackene (rohe) Cheesecake? Welche Sorte ist \u201ddir Richtige\u201d? Und welche Sorte ist eigentliche die Allerbeste?<\/p>\n<p>Backzeit: 150 Grad, ca. 15 Minuten lang + 175 Grad 20 Minuten lang<\/p>\n<p>Boden:<br \/>\n16 Digestivkekse<br \/>\n1 dl Zucker<br \/>\n125 g Butter<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcllung:<br \/>\n400 g Philadelphiastreichk\u00e4se<br \/>\n1 dl Zucker<br \/>\n2 Eier<br \/>\n2 Teel\u00f6ffel Vanillezucker<br \/>\nev 2 Essl\u00f6ffel Lemonensaft + die geriebene Schale<\/p>\n<p>Zerdr\u00fccke die Kekse (oder mahle sie mit dem Mixer). Schmelze Butter und Zucker in einem Topf und mische sie mit den Keksbr\u00f6seln. Dr\u00fccke die Keksmischung in eine Form mit abnehmbarem Boden mit einem Durchmesser von 23- 25 cm. Backe eine viertel Stunde lang bei 150 Grad.<\/p>\n<p>Mixe die F\u00fcllung.
