Fiskbuljongt\u00e4rning, vanlig cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, tomatpur\u00e9 och ett kuvert saffran kan ocks\u00e5 fungera om det \u00e4r det man har hemma. Det g\u00e5r bra att g\u00f6ra soppan p\u00e5 olika sorters fiskfil\u00e9 som man kan ha i frysen, till exempel hoki eller sej. Den varma gula f\u00e4rgen g\u00f6r hur som helst alla middagsg\u00e4ster glada!<\/p>\n<p>f\u00f6r 4 personer<br \/>\nservera med br\u00f6d, sm\u00f6r och ost<\/p>\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k<br \/>\n2 mor\u00f6tter<br \/>\n4 potatisar<br \/>\n2 msk olivolja<br \/>\nca \u00bd dl koncentrerad fiskfond<br \/>\n1 l vatten<br \/>\n2 dl creme fraiche med saffran och tomat<br \/>\nsalt<br \/>\npeppar<br \/>\n250 g k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater<br \/>\n500 g fiskfil\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Skala och hacka l\u00f6ken. Skala och skiva (tunt) eller riv (grovt) mor\u00f6tter och potatis. Ta fram soppgrytan och fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k, morot och potatis i olivolja i ett par minuter. Tills\u00e4tt fiskfond och vatten och sjud under lock i ungef\u00e4r tio minuter. Vispa i creme fraiche, koka ihop och smaka av med salt och peppar. Dela tomaterna, sk\u00e4r fiskfil\u00e9n i kuber och l\u00e4gg i.
