S\u00e5h\u00e4r, till exempel,\u00a0skrev Lena h\u00e4romdagen:<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;Vi \u00e5t kokt lax en dag f\u00f6rra veckan, och den biten var f\u00f6r stor, s\u00e5 det blev en bit lax kvar.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\nEtt par dagar senare kokade jag spaghetti, och hur det nu blev, s\u00e5 blev det f\u00f6r mycket. S\u00e5 d\u00e5 \u00e5kte spaghettin in i kylsk\u00e5pet.<br \/>\nDag 3 klippte jag s\u00f6nder och kokade lite socker\u00e4rter, la i laxbitar och h\u00e4llde p\u00e5\u00a0lite \u00f6verbliven\u00a0gr\u00e4dde, kryddade och serverade med uppv\u00e4rmd spaghetti blandad med babyspenat och riven ost.\u00a0<br \/>\nBeh\u00f6vde inte st\u00e5 l\u00e4nge i k\u00f6ket den dagen!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Det kan v\u00e4l inte vara m\u00e5nga som har missat <a href=\"https:\/\/lantmannen.se\/\" target=\"_blank\">Lantm\u00e4nnens Ta vara p\u00e5 maten-kampanj<\/a> &#8212; de har en lite st\u00f6rre marknadsf\u00f6ringsbudget \u00e4n Libris! &#8212; och en intressant del av den \u00e4r Lantm\u00e4nnens bloggare, en proffskock, en &#8221;husmor&#8221; och n\u00e5gra andra. Proffskocken \u00e4r Kurt Weid, och till exempel <a href=\"https:\/\/lantmannen.se\/Blogg\/Kurts-kockblogg\/Matsvinnet--valfardssamhallets-gissel\/\" target=\"_blank\">h\u00e4r <\/a>ger han lite perspektiv p\u00e5 matsvinn.
