En pr\u00e4st som jag k\u00e4nner kungjorde p\u00e5 Facebook i f\u00f6rrg\u00e5r att han skulle Facebook-fasta fram till jul &#8212; allts\u00e5 inte anv\u00e4nda Facebook alls. Andra fastar fr\u00e5n TV eller fr\u00e5n att l\u00e4sa en del tidningar som de kanske inte beh\u00f6ver l\u00e4sa egentligen eller fr\u00e5n att g\u00e5 p\u00e5 bio.<\/p>\n<p>Men det som de flesta t\u00e4nker p\u00e5 n\u00e4r man s\u00e4ger &#8221;fasta&#8221; \u00e4r f\u00f6rst\u00e5s mat, och adventsfastan kan mycket v\u00e4l vara en matfasta trots att vi \u00e4r p\u00e5 v\u00e4g mot julbordens och fikandets mest intensiva dagar. Man ska ju inte f\u00f6rst\u00f6ra n\u00e5got f\u00f6r v\u00e4nliga m\u00e4nniskor genom sin fasta, men man kan best\u00e4mma sig f\u00f6r vad man \u00e4ter respektive avst\u00e5r ifr\u00e5n n\u00e4r man sj\u00e4lv ordnar maten och att man tackar ja men inte tar om n\u00e4r man blir bjuden, till exempel. (Ber\u00f6mma kan man ju g\u00f6ra extra mycket &#8212; det beh\u00f6ver man aldrig fasta ifr\u00e5n!)<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r p\u00e5 Kyrkkaffebloggen b\u00f6rjar vi\u00a0med en soppa som till och med en gammaltestamentlig profet i \u00f6knen skulle ha kunnat \u00e4ta &#8212; och tyckt om. Receptet kommer fr\u00e5n Kristina som \u00e4r en av dem som lagar mat p\u00e5 Berget i R\u00e4ttvik. Vi \u00e4r m\u00e5nga som bidrar med g\u00e5vor i detta arbete. Den h\u00e4r soppan \u00e4r enkel och l\u00e4ttlagad \u2013 en n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndighet eftersom tidigare k\u00f6ksvana varierar mycket bland dem som kommer till Berget f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa till.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r fyra personer: grovhacka tv\u00e5 gula l\u00f6kar och blanda hacket med tv\u00e5 burkar majs (340 g) i en kastrull. H\u00e4ll en liter gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong och koka i tio minuter. Mixa med mixerstav eller i matberedare. Skiva en morot i slantar och l\u00e5t den koka med n\u00e5gon minut.
