Jag bakar alltid de h\u00e4r limporna till jul, men de passar s\u00e5klart lika bra \u00e5ret om. Hos oss kallar vi dem f\u00f6r &#8217;h\u00e4lsolimpor&#8217;. De bakas p\u00e5 kall degv\u00e4tska, och en deciliter sirap r\u00e4cker \u2013 de blir mycket s\u00f6ta med tv\u00e5 deciliter som originalreceptet anger. Man kan pensla dem med \u00e4ggvita f\u00f6re gr\u00e4ddningen. Sk\u00e4r dem i tunna skivor och \u00e4t dem med till exempel Bregott, Kvibille cheddarost och skivad tomat p\u00e5. I jultider \u00e4r det gott att dricka julmust till.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Specialtack till min k\u00e4ra kollega Jenny som bakade limporna till fotograferingen n\u00e4r det begav sig!<\/p>\n<p>tv\u00e5 limpor<br \/>\nUgn: 175\u00b0, ca 60 minuter<br \/>\nJ\u00e4sning: 60 + 30 minuter<\/p>\n<p>50 g j\u00e4st<br \/>\n7 dl l\u00e4ttmj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n1\u20132 dl sirap<br \/>\n2 msk matolja<br \/>\n\u00bd tsk salt<br \/>\n1 l r\u00e5gsikt<br \/>\n1\u00bd dl vetekli<br \/>\n1\u00bd dl r\u00e5gkross<br \/>\n6\u20137 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>Smula j\u00e4sten och r\u00f6r ut den i lite av mj\u00f6lken. Tills\u00e4tt \u00f6vriga ingredienser och arbeta degen tills den sl\u00e4pper fr\u00e5n bunkens kant. L\u00e5t den j\u00e4sa \u00f6vert\u00e4ckt till dubbel storlek \u2013 det tar ungef\u00e4r en timme. G\u00f6r tv\u00e5 runda limpor och l\u00e5t dem j\u00e4sa p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten i en halvtimme.
