Hier in Europa kann man auch Kartoffelst\u00e4rke verwenden. Das ist ein guter glutenfreier Snack der vielen schmeckt, und er passt perfekt zu Suppen! Wenn man eine laktosfreie Alternative zu dem eigentlich gutem (Koch)- Joghurt nimmt, k\u00f6nnen nicht nur Glutenintolerante sondern auch Laktoseintolerante die B\u00e4llchen essen, da Laktose, soweit ich das verstanden habe, aus K\u00e4sesorten wie Parmesan verschwindet. Und ja! Es soll ein halber Liter geriebener K\u00e4se sein! Das ist es was die K\u00e4seb\u00e4llchen so wunderbar macht!<\/p>\n<p>ca. 75 B\u00e4llchen<br \/>\nBackzeit: w\u00e4rme das Rohr auf 200 Grad, senke die Temperatur danach sofort auf 175 Grad<\/p>\n<p>5 dl Kartoffelst\u00e4rke<br \/>\n1\u00bd dl \u00d6l<br \/>\n1\u00bd dl Wasser<br \/>\n2 Teel\u00f6ffel Salz<br \/>\n2 Eier<br \/>\n2\u00be dl Joghurt<br \/>\n5 dl geriebenen Parmesan<\/p>\n<p>zum Backen:<br \/>\n\u00d6l<\/p>\n<p>Messe die Kartoffelst\u00e4rke und lege sie in eine Schale. Koche das \u00d6l, das Wasser und das Salz gemeinsam auf, beimenge es der St\u00e4rke und verr\u00fchre alles. Lass die Mischung etwas abk\u00fchlen und r\u00fchre danach Ei, Joghurt und K\u00e4se dazu. Befeuchte die H\u00e4nde mit etwas \u00d6l und forme ca. 75 B\u00e4llchen aus dem Teig. Lege diese auf Backbleche und drehe den Ofen auf 200 Grad auf. Stelle die B\u00e4llchen in das Rohr und senke die Hitze gleichzeitig auf 175 Grad.
