T\u00e4ck l\u00e5ngpannan med en bakduk och l\u00e5t br\u00f6det j\u00e4sa i ungef\u00e4r 40 minuter. Pensla det med mj\u00f6lk och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver sesamfr\u00f6n. Gr\u00e4dda det i 250 graders v\u00e4rme p\u00e5 ugnens nedersta fals i ungef\u00e4r 12 minuter och f\u00f6r \u00f6ver hela kakan p\u00e5 ett galler.
