Sockret kan bytas ut helt eller delvis mot r\u00e5socker. Anv\u00e4nd g\u00e4rna vetemj\u00f6l med fullkorn. Kakan \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra mj\u00f6lkfri: det \u00e4r bara att byta ut sm\u00f6ret mot mj\u00f6lkfritt margarin.<\/p>\n<p>Jag fick receptet n\u00e4r vi gjorde <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.libris.se\/patar.html\" target=\"_blank\">P\u00e5t\u00e5r<\/a><\/em>, och direkt efter fotograferingen kom Ylva och h\u00e4mtade kakan, f\u00f6r hon skulle ha g\u00e4ster. Lustigt nog var de flesta av dem tandl\u00e4kare (det \u00e4r inte Ylva). Vad jag f\u00f6rstod av rapporten efter\u00e5t\u00a0hade de \u00e4tit med god aptit!<\/p>\n<p>en mjuk kaka<br \/>\nUgn: 175\u00b0, ca 40 minuter<\/p>\n<p>1 burk konserverad ananas (560 g)<br \/>\n125 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n2 dl socker<br \/>\n2 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n2\u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n2 tsk vaniljsocker<br \/>\n1 tsk bakpulver<br \/>\nrivet skal av en limefrukt<\/p>\n<p>till formen:<br \/>\nsm\u00f6r<br \/>\nr\u00e5socker<br \/>\nkokosflingor<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t ananasringarna rinna av \u2013 spara spadet.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00f6rj en rund kakform med l\u00f6stagbar kant. Str\u00f6 kokosflingor i botten och r\u00e5socker ovanp\u00e5. L\u00e4gg ut ananasringarna p\u00e5 formens botten.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r sm\u00f6r och socker p\u00f6sigt. R\u00f6r ner ett \u00e4gg i taget. Blanda mj\u00f6l med vaniljsocker och bakpulver. V\u00e4nd ner h\u00e4lften, r\u00f6r om, h\u00e4ll i en halv deciliter ananasspad, r\u00f6r om och r\u00f6r ner resten av mj\u00f6lblandningen. Blanda till sist ner det rivna limeskalet.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll smeten f\u00f6rsiktigt ovanp\u00e5 ananasringarna.
