Och hon har nog hamnat p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt st\u00e4lle, f\u00f6r hon bjuder g\u00e4rna p\u00e5 hembakat och har m\u00e5nga bra recept! H\u00e4r \u00e4r en glutenfri t\u00e5rta som alla kan tycka om (utom de som inte t\u00e5r mandel, f\u00f6rst\u00e5s). Med mj\u00f6lkfritt margarin i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r sm\u00f6r blir den laktos- och mj\u00f6lkproteinfri ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Min kollega Daniel snodde med sig resterna hem efter <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.libris.se\/patar.html\" target=\"_blank\">P\u00e5t\u00e5r<\/a><\/em>-fotograferingen och bj\u00f6d, om jag minns r\u00e4tt, sv\u00e4rf\u00f6r\u00e4ldrarna som kom p\u00e5 bes\u00f6k den veckan. Vad jag f\u00f6rstod blev det succ\u00e9, men jag vet faktiskt inte om han talade om f\u00f6r dem att det var kollegan Ingrid som hade bakat &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Sedan \u00e4r f\u00f6rst\u00e5s fr\u00e5gan: blir den lika god med vit choklad, eller m\u00f6jligen \u00e4nnu godare? Det hinner jag inte ta reda p\u00e5 nu f\u00f6re Bok &amp; Bibliotek. N\u00e5gon som vill prova?<\/p>\n<p>en t\u00e5rta<br \/>\nUgn: 150\u2013175\u00b0, ca 50 minuter<\/p>\n<p>200 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n250 g socker<br \/>\n5 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n100 g blockchoklad<br \/>\n250 g s\u00f6tmandel<\/p>\n<p>ev garnering:<br \/>\nflorsocker<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r sm\u00f6r och socker p\u00f6sigt. Skilj \u00e4ggen och tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ggulorna en i taget under omr\u00f6rning (spara \u00e4ggvitorna). Riv chokladen eller hacka den fint. Mal mandeln oskalad. R\u00f6r ner choklad och mandel i smeten. Vispa \u00e4ggvitorna h\u00e5rt och v\u00e4nd ner dem sist.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll smeten i en form med ett smort sm\u00f6rpapper i botten (eller anv\u00e4nd en form med l\u00f6stagbar kant). Gr\u00e4dda t\u00e5rtan i 150\u2013175 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme i ungef\u00e4r 50 minuter.
