Lingon \u00e4r mer anv\u00e4ndbart \u00e4n vad man kanske skulle kunna tro i kyrkkaffesammanhang, men ocks\u00e5 till f\u00f6rsamlingsfrukost, f\u00f6rst\u00e5s\u00a0&#8212; och till fika i lite mindre sammanhang. Det vinnande konceptet \u00e4r smakbrytningen mellan s\u00f6t kola och friska (f\u00f6r att inte s\u00e4ga sura) lingon. Jag fick smaka pajen f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen hemma hos Birgitta, Johanna och Elsa i v\u00e4rml\u00e4ndska Kl\u00e4tten och blev minst sagt \u00f6verraskad!<br \/>\nEn del s\u00e4ger att det g\u00e5r lika bra med r\u00f6da vinb\u00e4r som med lingon. Hursomhelst \u00e4r detta ett roligt s\u00e4tt att s\u00e4tta spr\u00e4tt p\u00e5 resultatet av en liten b\u00e4rplockartur (eller, som i Gunillas fall, en mycket liten del av resultatet av en stor b\u00e4rplockartur).<\/p>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\">Observera att varken b\u00e4ren eller kolasmeten ska in i ugnen.<br \/>\nVill man ha tillbeh\u00f6r \u00e4r det gott med vaniljglass eller vispgr\u00e4dde. Om man gillar kanel kan man smaks\u00e4tta gr\u00e4dden med det.<\/div>\n<p>Receptet \u00e4r h\u00e4mtat ur <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.libris.se\/perfekta-pajer.html\" target=\"_blank\">Perfekta pajer<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Vila: i kylsk\u00e5p ca 30 minuter<br \/>\nUgn: 200\u00ba, 15\u201320 minuter<\/p>\n<p>125 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n2 msk farinsocker<br \/>\n3\u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n1 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n1 msk vatten<\/p>\n<p>kola:<br \/>\n3 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<br \/>\n1 dl socker<br \/>\n1\/2 dl ljus sirap<\/p>\n<p>ca 3 dl lingon<\/p>\n<p>Arbeta ihop pajdegen och tryck ut den i en pajform, ungef\u00e4r 25 centimeter i diameter. St\u00e4ll den kallt i en halvtimme och gr\u00e4dda sedan i 200 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme i 15\u201320 minuter.<br \/>\nM\u00e4t upp gr\u00e4dde, socker och sirap i en kastrull och koka p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme i en kvart. Ta kastrullen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen, l\u00e4gg i lingonen och r\u00f6r om v\u00e4l. H\u00e4ll lingonkolan i pajskalet och servera genast. (Det g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 bra att g\u00f6ra som vi gjorde vid fotograferingen: h\u00e4lla kolasmeten i pajskalet och sedan f\u00f6rdela lingonen ovanp\u00e5.
