Kanske tyckte n\u00e5gon n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng att de motsvarade barndomens l\u00f6rdagsgodis? Hursomhelst \u00e4r det en po\u00e4ng att anv\u00e4nda minimalt med socker p\u00e5 det h\u00e4r viset &#8212; den m\u00f6rka chokladen (anv\u00e4nd helst riktig m\u00f6rk choklad, inte blockchoklad eller block!) f\u00e5r spela solo, och n\u00e4r vi provbakade slukades kakorna snabbt av v\u00e4nner som inte beh\u00f6ver vara s\u00e4rskilt r\u00e4dda f\u00f6r socker men som tyckte att det blev s\u00e5 v\u00e4ldigt gott p\u00e5 det h\u00e4r viset.<br \/>\nNaturligtvis \u00e4r det l\u00e4tt som en pl\u00e4tt att m\u00e5ngdubbla s\u00e5 att kakorna r\u00e4cker till alla kyrkkaffedrickare och dessutom att baka med mj\u00f6lkfritt margarin ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r sm\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>antal beroende p\u00e5 storlek<br \/>\nUgn: 225\u00b0, ca 7 minuter<br \/>\nVila: i kylsk\u00e5p en timme<\/p>\n<p>100 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n\u00bd dl socker<br \/>\n1 msk sirap<br \/>\n50 g m\u00f6rk blockchoklad<br \/>\n2\u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n\u00bd tsk bikarbonat<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r ihop sm\u00f6r, socker och sirap. Hacka blockchokladen grovt och r\u00f6r ner den och mj\u00f6let blandat med bikarbonat. Forma degen till rullar, tre\u2013fyra centimeter i diameter, och l\u00e4gg dem i kylsk\u00e5p i en timme.
