Det h\u00e4r receptet med mycket kokos finns s\u00e4kert i m\u00e5nga varianter, men just s\u00e5h\u00e4r kom det till mig fr\u00e5n Siv i Uddevalla, en av mina flitigaste receptv\u00e4nner, n\u00e4r jag h\u00f6ll p\u00e5 med att s\u00e4tta ihop <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.libris.se\/patar.html\" target=\"_self\">P\u00e5t\u00e5r<\/a><\/em>. Kakorna, som kanske m\u00f6jligen lite grann liknar muffins, \u00e4r superenkla att r\u00f6ra ihop eftersom man bakar dem p\u00e5 flytande margarin. Siv brukar dela upp satsen p\u00e5 25 folieformar eller 40 sm\u00e5br\u00f6dsformar av papper.<\/p>\n<p>Precis som l\u00f6rdagskakorna ig\u00e5r blir de enkelt mj\u00f6lkfria om man ser till att anv\u00e4nda mj\u00f6lkfritt margarin &#8212; i det h\u00e4r fallet flytande mj\u00f6lkfritt margarin.<\/p>\n<p>25 stora eller 40 sm\u00e5<br \/>\nUgn: 200\u00b0, 10\u201312 minuter<\/p>\n<p>knappt 2 dl socker<br \/>\n1\u00bd msk vaniljsocker<br \/>\n1\u00bd dl flytande margarin<br \/>\n3 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n200 g kokosflingor<\/p>\n<p>Blanda socker och vaniljsocker. R\u00f6r ner margarinet och sedan \u00e4ggen, ett i s\u00e4nder. Tills\u00e4tt till sist kokosflingorna. Skeda upp smeten i folie- eller pappersformar och gr\u00e4dda i 200 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme i 10\u201312 minuter.
