Men sedan blev jag bara tvungen att prova i alla fall, och efter att ha fr\u00e5gat om de mest osannolika sakerna (ska man verkligen l\u00e4gga apelsin i mixern med skal och allt?) r\u00e4knade jag om m\u00e5tten, mixade, vispade och satte in en full l\u00e5ngpanna i ugnen.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e5de fint och gott blev det \u2013 s\u00e5 vars\u00e5god och prova!<\/p>\n<p>Det farligaste i proceduren var att jag skv\u00e4tte smet n\u00e4r jag vispade och liksom blev tvungen att smaka. G\u00f6r inte det. Godare smet f\u00e5r man leta efter. Men jag var duktig och skrapade bara lite p\u00e5 slickepotten.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng ska jag kanske ta lite vaniljsocker i smeten, som f\u00f6rresten \u00e4r tjockare \u00e4n en svensk sockerkakssmet. Eller ocks\u00e5 ska jag g\u00f6ra glasyr av florsocker och apelsinjuice. Eller blanda lite hackad m\u00f6rk choklad i smeten. Eller \u2026<\/p>\n<p>en l\u00e5ngpanna full<br \/>\nUgn: 175\u00ba, ca 20 minuter<\/p>\n<p>2 apelsiner<br \/>\n200 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n6 dl str\u00f6socker<br \/>\n6 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n8 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n2 msk bakpulver<\/p>\n<p>Tv\u00e4tta apelsinerna mycket noga och sk\u00e4r dem i bitar. Peta bort alla k\u00e4rnor. L\u00e4gg bitarna i en mixer och k\u00f6r dem till ett mer eller mindre sl\u00e4tt mos.<br \/>\nSm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret och l\u00e5t det svalna.<br \/>\nVispa str\u00f6socker och \u00e4gg lite p\u00f6sigt och tills\u00e4tt f\u00f6rst sm\u00f6ret och sedan apelsinmoset. Blanda vetemj\u00f6l och bakpulver och r\u00f6r ner detta. H\u00e4ll smeten i en papperskl\u00e4dd l\u00e5ngpanna och gr\u00e4dda i 175 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme i ungef\u00e4r 20 minuter.
