Den f\u00f6rsta r\u00e4ttvisem\u00e4rkta produkten i Sverige \u00f6verhuvudtaget\u00a0var faktiskt just Sackeus eget m\u00e4rke Kyrkkaffe.<\/p>\n<p>Jag gissar att man skulle kunna byta kokosflingorna mot mandelsp\u00e5n om man inte gillar kokos.<\/p>\n<p>en l\u00e5ngpanna full<br \/>\nUgn: 200\u00b0, 20 + 10 minuter<\/p>\n<p>2 tsk bakpulver<br \/>\n3 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n2 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n2\u00bd dl socker<br \/>\n1\u00bd dl ananasspad<\/p>\n<p>fyllning:<br \/>\n3 dl krossad ananas<\/p>\n<p>glasyr:<br \/>\n1 dl socker<br \/>\n2 tsk vaniljsocker<br \/>\n2 msk sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n1 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n1\u00bd dl kokosflingor<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t ananaskrosset rinna av i ett durkslag. Spara spadet.<br \/>\nBlanda bakpulvret med mj\u00f6let. Vispa \u00e4gg och socker p\u00f6sigt, r\u00f6r ner \u00f6vriga ingredienser och bred ut smeten p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper i en l\u00e5ngpanna. Gr\u00e4dda i 200 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme i 20 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r under tiden glasyren: sjud socker, vaniljsocker, sm\u00f6r och \u00e4gg i en kastrull tills det tjocknar. Glasyren f\u00e5r inte koka! R\u00f6r ner kokosflingorna.<\/p>\n<p>Bred ut ananaskrosset ovanp\u00e5 kakan och glasyren \u00f6verst. Gr\u00e4dda kakan i ytterligare tio minuter eller tills den f\u00e5tt f\u00e4rg.
