Men de \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt goda ocks\u00e5. Jag och min medhj\u00e4lpare Sofia (som \u00e4r mycket b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n jag p\u00e5 det mesta) fick till dem genom att multiplicera min kompis Heidis recept f\u00f6r den st\u00e4ndigt n\u00e4rvarande &#8221;rund form med l\u00f6stagbar kant&#8221;. Ska man baka till ett kyrkkaffe \u00e4r det ju liksom l\u00e5ngpanna som g\u00e4ller. Hade vi haft obegr\u00e4nsat med r\u00e5varor under provbakningsdagen skulle jag antagligen ha testat att g\u00f6ra en sats med mindre sockerm\u00e4ngd ocks\u00e5, f\u00f6r nio deciliter k\u00e4nns ganska &#8230; brutalt, eller hur?<\/p>\n<p>Det g\u00e5r utm\u00e4rkt att halvera satsen och f\u00e5 tunnare rutor. Riv mor\u00f6tterna och \u00e4pplena. R\u00f6r samman banan, morot, \u00e4pple och \u00e4gg. Blanda de torra ingredienserna f\u00f6r sig och r\u00f6r sedan ner dem i \u00e4ggsmeten. Tills\u00e4tt till sist mj\u00f6lken. H\u00e4ll smeten i en papperskl\u00e4dd l\u00e5ngpanna och gr\u00e4dda den i 175 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme i 40\u201345 minuter. Sm\u00e4lt blockchoklad och pensla ovansidan av den f\u00e4rdiga kakan med ett tunt lager.
