Och goda! Jag hittade p\u00e5 dem n\u00e4r vi arbetade f\u00f6r fullt med <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.librisforlag.se\/patar.html\" target=\"_blank\">P\u00e5t\u00e5r<\/a><\/em>, och sedan gick de till Libris-historien n\u00e4r jag bakade dem f\u00f6r Hemmets Veckotidning och var med om en helt f\u00f6rbluffande ambiti\u00f6s fotografering d\u00e4r vi byggde upp en k\u00f6ksmilj\u00f6 i en matsal och drog en 50-meters f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngningssladd f\u00f6r att blixtarna skulle f\u00e5 sitt. Resultatet blev s\u00e4kert tekniskt perfekt, men skratten \u00e5t min skenheliga min och totalt onaturliga pose p\u00e5 bilden blev m\u00e5nga &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Det roligaste var \u00e4nd\u00e5 att fotografen bad att f\u00e5 smeten med sig hem &#8212; och \u00e5t upp den med sked ur bunken.<\/p>\n<p>Variera rutorna genom att str\u00f6 flisad mandel \u00f6ver smeten eller\u00a0genom att str\u00f6 hackad vit choklad \u00f6ver den f\u00e4rdiggr\u00e4ddade varma kakan (ett j\u00e4mnt och tjockare chokladlager blir f\u00f6rst\u00e5s b\u00e4st om man sm\u00e4lter chokladen och breder ut den som vanligt). Eller bara genom att anv\u00e4nda olika slags fruktm\u00fcsli, kanske med lite extra torkad frukt eller hackade n\u00f6tter. Det finns ju b\u00e5de KRAV- och r\u00e4ttvisem\u00e4rkta sorter numera.<\/p>\n<p>en l\u00e5ngpanna full<br \/>\nUgn: 175\u00b0, ca 20 minuter<\/p>\n<p>300 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n5 dl socker<br \/>\n4 dl fruktm\u00fcsli<br \/>\n4 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n3 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n1\u20132 msk vaniljsocker<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en gryta och r\u00f6r ner \u00f6vriga ingredienser. H\u00e4ll smeten i en papperskl\u00e4dd l\u00e5ngpanna. Gr\u00e4dda i 175 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme i ungef\u00e4r 20 minuter.
