Det p\u00e5minner lite om kakao men \u00e4r enligt vissa mycket nyttigare. F\u00f6r den som inte t\u00e5l choklad kan carobkladdkaka vara ett alternativ \u2013 och f\u00f6r alla andra som vill prova n\u00e5got nytt, f\u00f6rst\u00e5s.<\/p>\n<p>Carobpulver brukar finnas i h\u00e4lsokostaff\u00e4ren. Resten av kakans ingredienser \u00e4r alldeles vanliga. Det g\u00e5r bra att utesluta n\u00f6tterna, och det g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 bra att byta ut havregrynen mot r\u00e5gflingor och sockret mot r\u00e5socker (eftersom carob har en naturlig s\u00f6tma kan man ocks\u00e5 experimentera med en mindre sockerm\u00e4ngd) om man k\u00e4nner sig lite extra \u00e4ventyrlig.<\/p>\n<p>Receptet finns med i <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.librisforlag.se\/patar.html\" target=\"_blank\">P\u00e5t\u00e5r<\/a><\/em>. Det var ett experiment som fungerade direkt &#8212; jag gjorde en smet p\u00e5 k\u00e4nn i f\u00f6rsamlingshemsk\u00f6ket (med min mammas kladdkakerecept som utg\u00e5ngspunkt), gr\u00e4ddade, smakade, st\u00e4llde fram n\u00e5gra rutor till fotografen och bar resten rakt in till dagledigtr\u00e4ffens deltagare\u00a0som fikade i rummet bredvid. Allt f\u00f6rsvann! Men m\u00e5nga trodde att det var en chokladkaka de \u00e5t.<\/p>\n<p>en l\u00e5ngpanna full<br \/>\nUgn: 175\u00b0, ca 20 minuter<\/p>\n<p>1 dl hasseln\u00f6tter<br \/>\n300 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n5 dl socker<br \/>\n2 dl havregryn<br \/>\n1\u00bd dl carobpulver<br \/>\n4 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n3 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n1 msk vaniljsocker<\/p>\n<p><em>dekoration:<\/em><br \/>\n1 dl hasseln\u00f6tter<\/p>\n<p>Hacka n\u00f6tterna. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en ganska stor gryta och r\u00f6r ner \u00f6vriga ingredienser. H\u00e4ll smeten i en papperskl\u00e4dd l\u00e5ngpanna. L\u00e4gg ut n\u00f6tter i n\u00e5got m\u00f6nster ovanp\u00e5.
