Just det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett v\u00e4ldigt enkelt recept, en minimal variation p\u00e5 ett befintligt f\u00e5r man nog s\u00e4ga. I originalet \u00e4r det ingef\u00e4ra, h\u00e4r \u00e4r det &#8212; choklad. S\u00e5 den skulle kunna passa i b\u00e5da b\u00f6ckerna, och mitt lilla bekymmer \u00e4r att v\u00e4lja. Lika bra att bjuda p\u00e5 den h\u00e4r s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rresten, f\u00f6r ett par \u00e5r sedan blev det v\u00e4ldigt kreativt i kommentarf\u00e4ltet n\u00e4r jag fr\u00e5gade om titelf\u00f6rslag till den andra l\u00e5ngpannekakboken. Den f\u00f6rsta l\u00e5nade ju p\u00e5 s\u00e4tt och vis sin titelid\u00e9 fr\u00e5n Owe Wikstr\u00f6ms <em>L\u00e5ngsamhetens lov<\/em> &#8212; och vad jag vet har ingen tagit illa upp f\u00f6r det. Havregrynen som jag anv\u00e4nde k\u00e4ndes definitivt mindre \u00e4n de svenska, och kakan blev ocks\u00e5 sl\u00e4tare. Den som vill ha det resultatet kan kanske prova med snabbhavregryn?<\/p>\n<p>Hursomhelst, det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en riktigt enkel och ganska bastant och m\u00e4ttande kaka att sk\u00e4ra i pinnar eller rutor. Chokladen \u00e4r r\u00e4ttvist producerad mj\u00f6lkchoklad. M\u00f6rk choklad eller en blandning av tv\u00e5 eller flera sorter blir alldeles s\u00e4kert ocks\u00e5 gott.<\/p>\n<p>en l\u00e5ngpanna full<br \/>\nUgn: 175 grader, ca 20 minuter<\/p>\n<p>250 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n1 dl sirap<br \/>\n5 dl socker<br \/>\nca 200 g mj\u00f6lkchoklad eller annan choklad<br \/>\n10 dl havregryn eller os\u00f6tad m\u00fcsli<br \/>\n5 dl vetemj\u00f6l eller glutenfri mj\u00f6lmix (grov)<br \/>\n1 msk bakpulver<br \/>\nev 1 tsk vaniljpulver eller 1 msk vaniljsocker<br \/>\n2 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en stor gryta och r\u00f6r ner sirap och socker. L\u00e5t den svalna lite. Hacka chokladen grovt och r\u00f6r ner den (om smeten fortfarande \u00e4r varm sm\u00e4lter chokladen, och en annan sorts kaka uppst\u00e5r \u2013 god den ocks\u00e5!). R\u00f6r sedan ner havregryn, mj\u00f6l, bakpulver, vaniljpulver eller vaniljsocker och \u00e4gg. Bred ut smeten i en bakpl\u00e5tspapperskl\u00e4dd l\u00e5ngpanna. Gr\u00e4dda i 175 grader tills kakan blir ljusbrun. Den stelnar n\u00e4r den svalnar!
