De h\u00e4r t\u00e5l en hel del variation och kan enkelt g\u00f6ras glutenfria med till exempel en blandning av havregryn av rent havre och bovetegryn. Pinnarna p\u00e5 bilden \u00e4r bakade med Mj\u00f6lnarens fina flingblandning fr\u00e5n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.warbrokvarn.se\/\" target=\"_blank\">Warbro kvarn <\/a>och tv\u00e5 p\u00e5sar av en ekologisk n\u00f6t- och russinblandning. S\u00e5h\u00e4r efter jul \u00e4r det m\u00e5nga mataff\u00e4rer som s\u00e4ljer &#8221;gl\u00f6ggblandning&#8221;, allts\u00e5 mandlar och n\u00f6tter, f\u00f6r n\u00e4stan ingenting &#8212; det g\u00e5r lika bra att anv\u00e4nda en s\u00e5dan p\u00e5se.<\/p>\n<p>en l\u00e5ngpanna full<br \/>\nUgn: 175 grader, ca 20 minuter<\/p>\n<p>250 g sm\u00f6r (eller laktosfritt sm\u00f6r, eller mj\u00f6lkfritt margarin)<br \/>\n1\u00bd dl honung<br \/>\n5 dl socker<br \/>\nca 250 g n\u00f6t- och russinblandning<br \/>\n8 dl grynblandning eller os\u00f6tad m\u00fcsli<br \/>\n5 dl vetemj\u00f6l (eller glutenfri mj\u00f6lmix, grov)<br \/>\n1 msk bakpulver<br \/>\nev 1 tsk vaniljpulver eller 1 msk vaniljsocker<br \/>\n2 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en stor gryta och r\u00f6r ner f\u00f6rst honung och socker, sedan n\u00f6tter och russin och till sist gryn, mj\u00f6l, bakpulver, vaniljpulver eller vaniljsocker och \u00e4gg. Bred ut smeten i en bakpl\u00e5tspapperskl\u00e4dd l\u00e5ngpanna. Gr\u00e4dda kakan\u00a0i 175 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme\u00a0tills ytan k\u00e4nns torr n\u00e4r du nuddar den med en fingertopp &#8212; det brukar ta ungef\u00e4r 20 minuter. V\u00e4nta inte p\u00e5 att kakan ska k\u00e4nnas helt stabil, f\u00f6r\u00a0den stelnar f\u00f6rst n\u00e4r den svalnar! Sk\u00e4r den i pinnar medan den fortfarande \u00e4r ljummen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Glutenfria<\/strong> med glutenfri grynblandning och glutenfritt mj\u00f6l<br \/>\n<strong>Laktosfria<\/strong> med laktosfritt sm\u00f6r, s\u00e5klart, och <strong>mj\u00f6lkfria<\/strong> om sm\u00f6ret ers\u00e4tts med mj\u00f6lkfritt margarin<br \/>\nN\u00f6tterna kan ers\u00e4ttas med mer allergikerv\u00e4nliga n\u00f6tter eller uteslutas<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>H\u00e4r kommer ett nytt recept!
