I Maritas k\u00f6k!<\/p>\n<p>Tv\u00e5 filmj\u00f6lkslimpor p\u00e5 mix fr\u00e5n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rabergaeko.se\/produkter10.html\" target=\"_blank\">Kullens kvarn <\/a>&#8212; det var j\u00e4ttel\u00e4tt, som de flesta filmj\u00f6lkslimpor, och medan de stod i ugnen gjorde jag en massa annat.<\/p>\n<p>30 havretekakor p\u00e5 fri hand &#8212; med MYCKET havregryn i. En degmaskin hade varit bra att ha! Men det g\u00e5r ju att baka f\u00f6r hand ocks\u00e5. Eftersom jag g\u00f6r dem stora och platta gick det bara in 2 x 3 p\u00e5 varje pl\u00e5t, och varje pl\u00e5t beh\u00f6vde ugnen f\u00f6r sig sj\u00e4lv i en halvtimme (ingen varmluft), s\u00e5 det tog lite tid.<\/p>\n<p>Men nu kommer det verkligt roliga, veckans lilla innovation.<\/p>\n<p>Jag hade planerat ett slags svensk variant av de &#8221;cereal bars&#8221; som finns hos alla de stora kaffe- och lunchkedjorna i London. Precis samtidigt som jag b\u00f6rjade platta ut degen i l\u00e5ngpannan b\u00f6rjade Marita och Ulf att skoja om en f\u00f6rpackning tranb\u00e4r som l\u00e5g i frysen och som de inte t\u00e4nkte \u00e4ta upp eftersom tranb\u00e4r \u00e4r mycket surare \u00e4n de hade trott n\u00e4r de k\u00f6pte asken. S\u00e5 jag h\u00e4llde ut ett par deciliter frysta tranb\u00e4r ovanp\u00e5 degen och tryckte ner dem lite grann. Och m\u00e5nga har redan fr\u00e5gat efter receptet. H\u00e4r kommer det!<\/p>\n<p>Grundreceptet \u00e4r<a href=\"https:\/\/bloggar.hemmetsjournal.se\/?p=15\" target=\"_blank\"> min mammas ingef\u00e4rsrutor <\/a>som fortfarande \u00e4r en av de b\u00e4sta l\u00e5ngpannerutorna jag har bakat. Och f\u00f6r s\u00e4kerhets skull: ja, det SKA vara en hel liter havregryn i degen.<\/p>\n<p>Jag hade t\u00e4nkt att det skulle bli s\u00e5dana d\u00e4r pinnar som man k\u00f6per dyrt p\u00e5 caf\u00e9erna och springer iv\u00e4g med, men Marita delade varje pinne i tre s\u00e5 att det blev sm\u00e5 rutor ist\u00e4llet. Lika bra!<\/p>\n<p>En gissning: det kan bli gott med lingon ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Psalmboksrutor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>en l\u00e5ngpanna full<br \/>\nUgn: 175 grader<\/p>\n<p>250 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n5 dl socker<br \/>\n1 dl ljus sirap<br \/>\n5 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n1 msk bakpulver<br \/>\n1 msk vaniljsocker (eller lite \u00e4kta vaniljpulver)<br \/>\n2 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n200 g m\u00f6rk choklad (jag anv\u00e4nde Sainsbury&#8217;s Fairtrade-m\u00e4rkta, men h\u00e4r i Sverige finns det ju inte Fairtrade-blockchoklad \u00e4n, s\u00e5 ta till exempel tv\u00e5 100-gramskakor fr\u00e5n Eguale\/Sackeus)<br \/>\n1 l havregryn<br \/>\nca 2 dl frysta tranb\u00e4r<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en stor gryta och r\u00f6r ner socker, sirap, vetemj\u00f6l, bakpulver och vaniljsocker samt \u00e4ggen.\u00a0Hacka chokladen grovt\u00a0och blanda ner den. Sedan \u00e4r det dags f\u00f6r havregryn &#8212; det blir ganska tungt, men blanda tills alla har &#8221;g\u00e5tt in i degen&#8221;. Tryck ut smeten i en bakpl\u00e5tspapperskl\u00e4dd l\u00e5ngpanna. Str\u00f6 ut tranb\u00e4ren ovanp\u00e5 (de beh\u00f6ver inte tina f\u00f6rst), f\u00f6rdela dem n\u00e5gorlunda j\u00e4mnt och tryck ner dem lite grann.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda kakan i 175 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme\u00a0tills den blir ljusbrun &#8212; ungef\u00e4r 20 minuter (tiden beror lite p\u00e5 hur stor l\u00e5ngpannan \u00e4r = hur tjock kakan \u00e4r). Den stelnar n\u00e4r den svalnar!<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r den i &#8221;bars&#8221; (kanske tre centimeter breda och tio centimeter l\u00e5nga) eller i rutor medan den fortfarande \u00e4r ljummen.<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p><strong>Glutenfritt?<\/strong> Den h\u00e4r kakan h\u00f6r till de enklaste att g\u00f6ra glutenfri, och s\u00e5 kan man bjuda gluten\u00e4tarna p\u00e5 samma! Byt ut vanliga havregryn mot &#8221;rent havre&#8221; (glutenfria havregryn som brukar finnas i glutenfritt-hyllan) och vetemj\u00f6let mot n\u00e5gon glutenfri mj\u00f6lmix.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Laktosfritt?<\/strong> Byt ut sm\u00f6ret mot laktosfritt sm\u00f6r eller margarin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mj\u00f6lkfritt?<\/strong> Byt ut sm\u00f6ret mot margarin och kontrollera f\u00f6r s\u00e4kerhets skull ocks\u00e5 chokladen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c4ggfritt?<\/strong> Har jag inte provat \u00e4n.
