N\u00e4r ett exemplar \u00e4r ordentligt igenombl\u00e4ddrat och min kollega Ingrid har r\u00e4knat ihop och redovisat alla kostnader \u00e4r det fritt fram f\u00f6r v\u00e5rt lager att b\u00f6rja skicka ut boken till alla som har best\u00e4llt den. Alltid lika roligt!<\/p>\n<p>Och det h\u00e4r omslaget \u00e4r jag lite extra lycklig \u00f6ver eftersom Magnus f\u00e5ngade ljuset s\u00e5 vackert i b\u00e4ren. Ingen sj\u00e4lvklarhet n\u00e4r man som vi g\u00f6r det mesta av fotograferingen i mars &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Vi firar med ett pajrecept som inte \u00e4r med i boken &#8212; Yvonne skickade det f\u00f6r n\u00e5gra veckor sedan:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yvonnes glutenfria rabarberkaka med kokos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ugn: 175 grader i ca 10 minuter, sedan 225 grader<\/p>\n<p>6 hg rabarber<br \/>\n1\u00bd dl socker<br \/>\n2 tsk potatismj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>Deg:<br \/>\n1 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n1 dl\u00a0socker<br \/>\n2 dl kokos<br \/>\n50 g sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00f6rj en ugnsfast form. Sk\u00e4r rabarbern i sm\u00e5 bitar och blanda dem med sockret och potatismj\u00f6let.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg r\u00f6ran i formen och gr\u00e4dda i ungef\u00e4r 10 minuter eller tills rabarbern b\u00f6rjar bli mjuk.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r under tiden ihop\u00a0 degen.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r rabarbern \u00e4r klar, h\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen till 225 grader. F\u00f6rdela degen ovanp\u00e5 rabarbern och gr\u00e4dda pajen tills den har\u00a0f\u00e5tt en fin brun f\u00e4rg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yvonne h\u00e4lsar:<\/strong> Bra f\u00f6r den som inte t\u00e5l gluten eftersom den inte inneh\u00e5ller vetemj\u00f6l.
