Det visade sig att resultatet skulle bli en kladdkaka. Sj\u00e4lvklart fr\u00e5gade jag om receptet!<\/p>\n<p>Vill man baka inklusivt \u00e4r det viktigt att h\u00f6ra med alla g\u00e4ster i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g vad de t\u00e5l och inte t\u00e5l och att ha lite extra tid f\u00f6r experiment. H\u00e4r \u00e4r kladdkakan med alla alternativ inprickade!<\/p>\n<p>Det enklaste n\u00e4r man ska baka till s\u00e4llskap med veganer eller \u00e4ggallergiker i \u00e4r att leta upp recept som \u00e4r naturligt \u00e4ggfria &#8212; d\u00e5 slipper man h\u00e5lla p\u00e5 med \u00e4ggers\u00e4ttning. Resten av ingredienserna \u00e4r lite enklare att byta ut p\u00e5 olika vis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inklusiva kladdkakan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>en kladdkaka<br \/>\nUgn: 225 grader, ca 10 minuter<\/p>\n<p>150 g mj\u00f6lkfritt margarin (laktosfritt sm\u00f6r om bara laktos \u00e4r problemet, sm\u00f6r om inga veganer eller laktosintoleranta eller mj\u00f6lkproteinintoleranta \u00e4r med)<br \/>\nett paket &#8221;gr\u00e4dde&#8221; av valfri sort (soja, havre, ris &#8212; beroende p\u00e5 vad alla t\u00e5l) &#8212; 2\u00bd dl<br \/>\n3 dl socker (Marta har inte provat med Stevia-str\u00f6socker)<br \/>\n2 dl mj\u00f6l (vetemj\u00f6l om alla t\u00e5l gluten, Marta s\u00e4ger att glutenfritt mj\u00f6l inte fungerar men att hon har lyckats med majsmj\u00f6l, en av Martas v\u00e4nner s\u00e4ger att hon har lyckats med bovetemj\u00f6l)<br \/>\n1 dl kakao (kanske skulle det fungera med carobpulver om n\u00e5gon inte t\u00e5l choklad)<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt margarinet och r\u00f6r ner \u00f6vriga ingredienser. Pensla en form med l\u00f6stagbar kant (anv\u00e4nd samma margarin eller sm\u00f6r som i kakan!) och br\u00f6a den med kokos om alla t\u00e5l det eller med till exempel kakao.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda kakan i 225 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme i ungef\u00e4r\u00a010 minuter. Den stelnar ytterligare lite n\u00e4r den svalnar.<\/p>\n<p>Servera den med n\u00e5gon gr\u00e4dd- eller glassort som alla t\u00e5l och kanske med b\u00e4r, f\u00e4rsk frukt eller fruktsallad.<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5gon som vill prova?
