Det \u00e4r egentligen till en av de nya receptb\u00f6ckerna som jag arbetar med, men det vore ju lite sn\u00e5lt att inte bjuda p\u00e5 det redan nu, n\u00e4r rabarbern \u00e4r s\u00e5 st\u00e5tlig!<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5ste f\u00f6rst\u00e5s ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5minna om <strong>Sveriges b\u00e4sta kyrkkaffe 2013<\/strong> &#8212; gl\u00f6m inte att skicka in den nominering du har funderat p\u00e5! Beroendeframkallande)<\/p>\n<p>Den h\u00e4r chutneyn \u00e4r helt fantastiskt god! Den \u00e4r min absoluta favorit, f\u00f6r den \u00e4r s\u00e5 \u00e4r otroligt anv\u00e4ndbar: som tillbeh\u00f6r till k\u00f6tt, i marinad, som fyllning i k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rslimpa, i dressing. Det blir en god s\u00e5s, varm som kall, om man blandar ner chutneyn i yoghurt. Chutney utr\u00f6rd i turkisk youghurt = j\u00e4ttegod dipp.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda samman dessa ingredienser och l\u00e5t dem koka i 10 minuter:<br \/>\n500 g rabarber i bitar<br \/>\n2 r\u00f6da l\u00f6kar, hackade<br \/>\n1\u00bd msk \u00e4ttika (24 % -ig)<br \/>\n\u00be dl vatten<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e4refter r\u00f6r du i:<br \/>\n5 dl socker<br \/>\n1 tsk mald ingef\u00e4ra<br \/>\n1\u00bd msk curry<br \/>\n2 tsk salt<br \/>\n2 st r\u00f6da hackade chilipeppar<br \/>\n6 st finhackade aprikoser<\/p>\n<p>Koka alltsammans i 30&#8211;40 minuter.<br \/>\nH\u00e4ll upp p\u00e5 rengjorda burkar.<\/p>\n<p>Lycka till!<\/p>\n<p>Anita<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ig\u00e5r fick jag s\u00e5 underbara rabarberbilder fr\u00e5n Hanna, och d\u00e5 kom jag att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 det h\u00e4r chutneyreceptet som Anita skickade n\u00e4r jag bad om b\u00e4r- och rabarber- och \u00e4ppelrecept f\u00f6r ett tag sedan.
