Det \u00e4r diakonen\u00a0<strong>Katarina Redegard<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; hon \u00e4r med i flera av Kyrkkaffe-b\u00f6ckerna med olika recept &#8212; som har bett mig att komma och ber\u00e4tta om <a href=\"https:\/\/www.libris.se\/fester-med-rester.html\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Fester med rester<\/em><\/a>, och det g\u00f6r jag g\u00e4rna s\u00e5klart.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r ett av Katarinas recept, s\u00e5 att ocks\u00e5 ni som inte kan ta er till Tranemo f\u00e5r lite del av det hela!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anna-Lenas banankaka<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tv\u00e5 bananer kvar, och de \u00e4r absolut f\u00f6r m\u00f6rka f\u00f6r att n\u00e5gon vill \u00e4ta dem som de \u00e4r. Lite ljus, m\u00f6rk eller vit choklad som har blivit \u00f6ver. Varf\u00f6r inte baka en j\u00e4ttegod banankaka? Mycket omtyckt \u00e4ven av dem som hemma hos oss brukar r\u00f6sta f\u00f6r att vi ska sl\u00e4nga m\u00f6rka bananer och inte baka en kaka som \u00e4nd\u00e5 ingen vill ha!<br \/>\nHar du fyra bananer kvar? G\u00f6r dubbel sats och frys in en kaka eller bjud fler g\u00e4ster!<\/p>\n<p><em>Katarina Redegard, Kalv<\/em><\/p>\n<p>en mjuk kaka<br \/>\nUgn: 175\u00b0, 30\u201340 minuter<\/p>\n<p>75 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n2\u00bd dl socker<br \/>\n2 msk mj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n\u00bc tsk salt<br \/>\n1 tsk vaniljsocker<br \/>\n2 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n2 v\u00e4l mogna bananer<br \/>\n100 g choklad<br \/>\n2 \u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n1 tsk bikarbonat<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull och l\u00e5t det svalna.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda det med socker, mj\u00f6lk, salt och vaniljsocker. Dela \u00e4ggen och r\u00f6r ner gulorna.<\/p>\n<p>Mosa bananerna och blanda ner dem i smeten.<\/p>\n<p>Hacka chokladen och blanda ihop hacket med mj\u00f6l och bikarbonat. V\u00e4nd ner detta i smeten.<\/p>\n<p>Vispa \u00e4ggvitorna till h\u00e5rt skum och v\u00e4nd ner dem.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll blandningen i en v\u00e4l smord och br\u00f6ad form med l\u00f6stagbar botten, ungef\u00e4r 24 centimeter i diameter.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda kakan i 30\u201340 minuter i 175 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme.
