Ta den av v\u00e4rmen och r\u00f6r ner socker och \u00e4gg.<br \/>\nSikta ner kakao i mj\u00f6let i en sk\u00e5l. Blanda ner vaniljsocker och bakpulver.<br \/>\nR\u00f6r ner mj\u00f6lblandningen i kastrullen.<br \/>\nBred ut smeten i en bakpl\u00e5tskl\u00e4dd, liten l\u00e5ngpanna (ungef\u00e4r 35 x 20 centimeter). Gr\u00e4dda kakan i 175 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme i 15&#8211;20 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4nd kakan upp och ner p\u00e5 sm\u00f6rpapper. Dra f\u00f6rsiktigt bort bakpl\u00e5tspappret.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda gr\u00e4dde, socker, sirap och kakao i en kastrull. L\u00e5t blandningen koka ihop tills den tjocknar &#8212; det tar 10&#8211;15 minuter. Ta den av v\u00e4rmen och r\u00f6r ner det kalla sm\u00f6ret i klickar.<br \/>\nBred glasyren \u00f6ver kakan. L\u00e5t glasyren rinna ner lite \u00f6ver kanterna. Str\u00f6 flagad mandel \u00f6ver kakan.
