Det \u00e4r en rapport fr\u00e5n Sveriges Lantbruksuniversitet som citeras &#8212; bland annat s\u00e5h\u00e4r: &#8221;Kampanjer, v\u00e4der, s\u00e4song eller h\u00f6gtider \u00e4r n\u00e5gra faktorer som p\u00e5verkar svinnet i butikerna. Som exempel n\u00e4mns r\u00e4dslan f\u00f6r att prinskorven ska ta slut under julen, vilket g\u00f6r att butiken k\u00f6per in f\u00f6r mycket.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ja, t\u00e4nk om prinskorven tar slut!<\/p>\n<p>Tv\u00e5 sorters f\u00f6rs\u00f6k att komma tillr\u00e4tta med problemet, varav ett riktigt p\u00e5hittigt, n\u00e4mns i artikeln:<\/p>\n<p><em>Det f\u00f6rsta \u00e4r att trimma varufl\u00f6det genom butiken genom att inte g\u00f6ra \u00f6verink\u00f6p och hantera varan r\u00e4tt.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Det andra \u00e4r att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka nyttja det svinn som \u00e4nd\u00e5 uppst\u00e5r. Som exempel n\u00e4mns en butik som samarbetat med en cateringfirma.
