S\u00e5\u00a0det har experimenterats med p\u00e5skchoklad i ganska stora m\u00e4ngder h\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>Ganska n\u00e4ra chokladhyllan i aff\u00e4ren fanns ett f\u00f6rbluffande utbud av grissini,\u00a0h\u00e5rda italienska br\u00f6dpinnar. Nu \u00e4r\u00a0en f\u00f6rpackning minigrissini och lite ljus blockchoklad f\u00f6rvandlade till halvnyttigt p\u00e5skgodis i form av chokladt\u00e4ndstickor. Har man str\u00f6ssel \u00e4r det naturligtvis sv\u00e5rt att l\u00e5ta bli att anv\u00e4nda det &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Andra p\u00e5skchokladtips:<\/p>\n<p>* h\u00e4ll russin (och annan torkad frukt) och alla m\u00f6jliga sorters n\u00f6tter p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Mota ihop s\u00e5 att de ligger t\u00e4tt och forma till en stor \u00e4ggsilhuett. Ringla sm\u00e4lt choklad \u00f6ver, g\u00e4rna olika sorter, tills ytan \u00e4r ganska j\u00e4mn. Extra om man vill: str\u00f6 lite flingsalt \u00f6ver!<\/p>\n<p>* l\u00e4gg n\u00f6tter, jordn\u00f6tter eller russin i chokladformar (vi k\u00f6pte formar till halva choklad\u00e4gg) och fyll p\u00e5 med sm\u00e4lt choklad upp till formens kant. Det blir ganska fint med fyllningen \u00f6verst n\u00e4r de kommer ut ur formarna sedan!<\/p>\n<p>* doppa salta pinnar i sm\u00e4lt choklad. (Det \u00e4r en tjugo \u00e5r gammal id\u00e9 i min familj &#8212; min mamma hittade p\u00e5 den n\u00e4r jag kom hem fr\u00e5n en resa och hade med mig Mikado-chokladpinnar till henne! P\u00e5 den tiden fanns de inte i Sverige, s\u00e5 hon t\u00e4nkte att hon m\u00e5ste prova att g\u00f6ra egna.)<\/p>\n<p>* och n\u00e4r allt \u00e4r f\u00e4rdigdoppat, r\u00f6r ner till exempel salta jordn\u00f6tter i den choklad som \u00e4r kvar. Inget f\u00e5r f\u00f6rfaras, s\u00e4rskilt inte choklad!
