This is a cake with no regular sugar. We used Stevia, a brand which has the advantage of being equivalent in volume to regular sugar, but the original recipe from Siv called for a more international sugar substitute. Damals gab es noch kein Stevia (schwedische\u00a0Marke f\u00fcr Zuckerersatz), nun aber haben wir dieses verwendet, und backten einen wunderbaren und\u00a0schmackhaften zuckerfreien Kuchen, der, nachdem er fotografiert und gekostet worden war, von\u00a0meiner Tante mit nach Hause genommen werden durfte. Ich teile das Rezept sofort mit euch!<\/p>\n<p>ein weicher (luftiger) Kuchen<br \/>\nHitze: 175 \u02da<br \/>\nBackdauer: 15-20 Minuten<\/p>\n<p>2 Eier<br \/>\n2 Deziliter Zuckerersatz<br \/>\n6 Deziliter Mehl<br \/>\n1 Essl\u00f6ffel Backpulver<br \/>\n2 Teel\u00f6ffel Kardamom<br \/>\n125 g Butter<br \/>\n2 \u00bc Deziliter Milch<\/p>\n<p>Mixe die Eier und den Zuckerersatz, menge das Mehl, das Backpulver und den Kardamom bei.\u00a0Schmelze die Butter und verr\u00fchre sie mit der Milch.<\/p>\n<p>Den Teig in eine gefettete und Kuchenform gie\u00dfen (wir haben eine Springform verwendet) und bei\u00a0175 Grad im Ofen 15&#8211;20 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For German-speaking church coffee friends: yes, my friend Barbara has translated some recipes again!
