S\u00e5 d\u00e5 fick det bli russin\u00a0som vi hade hemma och som jag tycker om &#8230; \ud83d\ude42<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Hoppas det smakar!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Erik Johansson<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Russinmuffins<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>12 stora muffins<\/p>\n<p>3 msk rumsvarmt sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n200 g str\u00f6socker<br \/>\n2 stora \u00e4gg<br \/>\n1\u00bd dl naturell yoghurt<br \/>\n5 msk mj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n300 g vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n1 tsk bikarbonat<br \/>\n1 dl russin<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e4ll ut tolv stora muffinsformar p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t. R\u00f6r sm\u00f6r och socker vitt och luftigt och r\u00f6r d\u00e4refter ner \u00e4gg, yoghurt och mj\u00f6lk s\u00e5 att det blir en sl\u00e4t smet. Sikta ner mj\u00f6l och bikarbonat och r\u00f6r om tills smeten \u00e4r ordentligt blandad. R\u00f6r ner russinen och f\u00f6rdela smeten i formarna.<br \/>\nGr\u00e4dda muffinsen i 200 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme i 20-25 minuter eller tills de har h\u00f6jt sig och blivit gyllenbruna.
