Hur ska jag d\u00e5 f\u00e5 tag p\u00e5 receptet till H\u00e4llestadsg\u00e5rdens wienerbr\u00f6d?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Svaret \u00e4r ja, den \u00e4r slut. Och receptet finns numera i <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.libris.se\/mer-langpannans-lov.html\" target=\"_blank\">Mer l\u00e5ngpannans lov<\/a><\/em>, f\u00f6r det \u00e4r ju ett l\u00e5ngpannerecept. Det fick ett lite annorlunda namn n\u00e4r vi bakade det till fotograferingen, f\u00f6r jag kom p\u00e5 att wienerbr\u00f6d \u00e4r det ju inte riktigt, \u00e4ven om det \u00e4r n\u00e4ra.<\/p>\n<p>Fast det \u00e4r s\u00e5 gott s\u00e5 nu bjuder jag p\u00e5 det h\u00e4r ocks\u00e5. Det blir n\u00e4stan som wienerbr\u00f6d!<\/p>\n<p>Jag har provat att f\u00f6r\u00e4dla rutorna ytterligare genom att tills\u00e4tta\u00a0saffran i degen och str\u00f6 p\u00e5 riven mandelmassa i vaniljkr\u00e4men. Foto: Magnus Aronson<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>G\u00f6r f\u00f6rst kallr\u00f6rd vaniljkr\u00e4m p\u00e5 fyra deciliter mj\u00f6lk.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda till degen \u201dsom vanligt\u201d (som en vanlig vetedeg allts\u00e5) och l\u00e5t den j\u00e4sa i en halvtimme.<\/p>\n<p>Dela den i tv\u00e5 delar och kavla ut den ena delen p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper s\u00e5 att den t\u00e4cker l\u00e5ngpannans botten. Lyft \u00f6ver papperet med degen till \u00a0l\u00e5ngpannan och tryck upp degen mot kanterna. Bred p\u00e5 vaniljkr\u00e4men.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda ingredienserna till sm\u00f6rkr\u00e4men.<\/p>\n<p>Kavla ut den andra degbiten s\u00e5 att den blir lika stor som den f\u00f6rsta. Bred ut sm\u00f6rkr\u00e4men p\u00e5 h\u00e4lften av den. Gr\u00e4dda det i 225 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme i 10\u201315 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t det kallna och sk\u00e4r det sedan i rutor.
