Smeten p\u00e5 bilden \u00e4r gjord p\u00e5 farinsocker, och i fruktblandningen (som ju inte precis syns) finns bland annat torkade ananasringar och olika sorters russin.<\/p>\n<p>en l\u00e5ngpanna full<br \/>\nUgn: 200\u00b0<\/p>\n<p>400 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n8 dl blandad frukt i t\u00e4rningar\/hackade n\u00f6tter och mandlar\/solrosfr\u00f6n<br \/>\n4 dl str\u00f6socker (eller farinsocker eller n\u00e5gon annan sort)<br \/>\n6 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n6 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n1 msk bakpulver<\/p>\n<p>Ta fram sm\u00f6ret i god tid s\u00e5 att det blir mjukt.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r torkad frukt i mindre bitar, hacka n\u00f6tter och\/eller mandlar och blanda detta i ett literm\u00e5tt, kanske tillsammans med till exempel solrosfr\u00f6n, tills det blir \u00e5tta deciliter.<\/p>\n<p>Vispa sm\u00f6r och socker por\u00f6st, r\u00f6r i ett \u00e4gg i taget och tills\u00e4tt sedan resten av ingredienserna.<\/p>\n<p>Bred ut smeten i en l\u00e5ngpanna kl\u00e4dd med bakpl\u00e5tspapper och gr\u00e4dda kakan i 200 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme tills den \u00e4r n\u00e5gorlunda torr inuti.
