Den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen sk\u00e5llade jag vetekross, r\u00e5gkross, och solrosfr\u00f6n, ett par deciliter av vardera, och s\u00e5 r\u00f6rde jag i honung och matolja och salt och l\u00e4t det st\u00e5 \u00f6ver natten innan jag fortsatte med j\u00e4st och vetemj\u00f6l.<\/p>\n<p>Sedan kommer det d\u00e4r med utbakningen. Och en sak som jag l\u00e4rde mig n\u00e4r jag gjorde <a href=\"https:\/\/www.libris.se\/brodgladje-originalformat-mjukband.html\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Br\u00f6dgl\u00e4dje<\/em> <\/a>var att hemkunskapsmetoderna \u00e4r l\u00e5ngtifr\u00e5n de enda som fungerar.<\/p>\n<p>Mj\u00f6l p\u00e5 bakbordet och p\u00e5 h\u00e4nderna &#8212; javisst.<\/p>\n<p>Men med matolja blir det faktiskt mycket mindre st\u00f6kigt. Det beh\u00f6vs inte mycket &#8212; man kan ha en liten pumpflaska med matolja st\u00e5ende (specialk\u00f6pt f\u00f6r \u00e4ndam\u00e5let om det k\u00e4nns om\u00f6jligt att diska en tv\u00e5lpumpflaska alldeles ren fr\u00e5n tv\u00e5lsmak).<\/p>\n<p>Och h\u00f6r och h\u00e4pna, n\u00e4r degen v\u00e4l \u00e4r ihoparbetad och det bara \u00e4r rullandet kvar g\u00e5r det\u00a0j\u00e4ttebra med vatten ocks\u00e5! Ha en bunke vatten bredvid och doppa h\u00e4nderna f\u00f6re varje nytt br\u00f6d &#8212; eller vartannat. Samma metod fungerar p\u00e5 skedar om man g\u00f6r klickbr\u00f6d.
