Och favoritbok.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Sent omsider har det blivit fem vinnare i utlottningen av den nya pocketutg\u00e5van av en av mina favoritb\u00f6cker p\u00e5 Libris lista, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.libris.se\/mrs-angels-tartbageri.html\" target=\"_blank\">Mrs Angels t\u00e5rtbageri<\/a><\/em>. Urs\u00e4kta att det har dr\u00f6jt!<\/p>\n<p>Vinnarna har valts slumpvis, inte med t\u00e5rtjury fast\u00e4n vi kunde ha gjort s\u00e5, och \u00e4r <strong>Krajamaria<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><em>Allra godaste t\u00e5rtan \u00e4r helt klart den hembakade med egenbakad sockerkaksbotten, l\u00e4tt fuktad med apelsinjuice, tv\u00e5 lager fyllning; banan och marsans\u00e5s. Massor av gr\u00e4dde \u00f6ver och sen dekorerad med banan, vindruvor eller jordgubbar! Enkelt och s\u00e5 gott!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Och <strong>Ink<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><em>Brittat\u00e5rta, men k\u00e4rt barn har m\u00e5nga namn \u2013 i Sju sorters kakor kallas den Pinocchiot\u00e5rta.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Fast i mitt barndomshem var det inte s\u00e5 mycket gr\u00e4dde mellan lagren utan mer f\u00e4rska (eller m\u00f6jligen frusna) b\u00e4r. Men det h\u00e4r var klassikern p\u00e5 alla v\u00e5ra kalas. En kakbotten med mar\u00e4ngt\u00e4cke som gr\u00e4ddas i l\u00e5ngpanna, delas i tv\u00e5 delar och l\u00e4ggs ihop med valfri fyllning \u2013 voil\u00e0, klart att avnjutas!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Och <strong>Eva<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><em>En s\u00e5\u2019n d\u00e4r som mamma gjorde n\u00e4r vi var sm\u00e5! Sockerkaksbottnar. Aprikoskr\u00e4m (barnmatsburk, klassiker v\u00e4l?). Sylt i n\u00e4sta lager och s\u00e5 b\u00e4r eller blandad frukt\u00a0till exempel\u00a0ovanp\u00e5 gr\u00e4dden! Mums!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Och <strong>Syster V\u00e4rst<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><em>Min favorit \u00e4r Budapestrulle (n\u00f6tmar\u00e4ngbotten som rullas ihop med gr\u00e4dde och mandarinklyftor som fyllning). Ibland bakar min sv\u00e4rmor s\u00e5dana, s\u00e5 jag har f\u00e5tt ett recept av henne, men inte v\u00e5gat ge mig p\u00e5 det \u00e4nnu \u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Och <strong>Ylva<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><em>Godaste t\u00e5rtan \u00e4r min sv\u00e4gerskas glutenfria mar\u00e4ngt\u00e5rta!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mar\u00e4ng:<\/em><br \/>\n<em> 4 \u00e4ggvitor<\/em><br \/>\n<em> 3 dl socker<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3 dl ricecrisp (rispuffar)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Vispa f\u00f6rst vitorna h\u00e5rt, tills\u00e4tt sen sockret lite i taget. Bre ut p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5t. I mitten av ugnen, 125 grader, <\/em><em>75 minuter. Man kan l\u00e5ta mar\u00e4ngen st\u00e5 i avst\u00e4ngd ugn under natten och samtidigt kan \u00e4ggkr\u00e4men st\u00e5 i kylsk\u00e5pet under hela natten f\u00f6r att stelna.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c4ggkr\u00e4m:<\/em><br \/>\n<em> 4 \u00e4ggulor<\/em><br \/>\n<em> 1 dl socker<\/em><br \/>\n<em> 125 gram sm\u00f6r<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c4ggen och sockret ska sjuda till det tjocknar, inte koka f\u00f6r d\u00e5 kan det sk\u00e4ra sig. Ta bort fr\u00e5n plattan och r\u00f6r ner sm\u00f6ret under omr\u00f6rning. L\u00e5t kallna.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Detta blir en \u201dhalv\u201d t\u00e5rta eftersom mar\u00e4ngen ska delas p\u00e5 mitten, under och \u00f6verdel. \u00c4ggkr\u00e4men ska bres p\u00e5 emellan. Ovanp\u00e5 kan man ha tre deciliter vispad gr\u00e4dde och exempelvis jordgubbar och\/eller hackad choklad ovanp\u00e5 gr\u00e4dden.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Grattis allihop!
