Och n\u00e4r jag \u00f6ppnade det tj\u00f6t jag n\u00e4stan. <strong>Kjersti<\/strong> p\u00e5 helsida! Kjersti som \u00e4r med i flera av Kyrkkaffe-b\u00f6ckerna och som st\u00e4ndigt hittar p\u00e5 nya recept!<\/p>\n<p>Den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen hade hon skickat ett recept p\u00e5 en glutenfri kaka till en t\u00e4vling, och den hade blivit vida omtalad d\u00e4rf\u00f6r att det inte bara var den n\u00e5got ovanliga kakingrediensen potatis utan ocks\u00e5 den ordentligt ovanliga kakingrediensen kik\u00e4rter i smeten. <a href=\"https:\/\/kjerstismatochprat.blogspot.se\/2011\/10\/saftig-mandelkaka-med-potatis-och.html\" target=\"_blank\">H\u00e4r <\/a>\u00e4r Kjerstis originalversion av receptet fr\u00e5n i v\u00e5ras. Dessutom har hon testat med andra sorters b\u00f6nor &#8212; en <a href=\"https:\/\/kjerstismatochprat.blogspot.se\/2011\/10\/maffig-mandelchokladkaka-med-svarta.html\" target=\"_blank\">chokladmandelkaka med svarta b\u00f6nor i<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5dana uppt\u00e4ckter kan man g\u00f6ra n\u00e4r en begr\u00e4nsning, i det h\u00e4r fallet glutenintolerans, f\u00e5r en att bli kreativ.<\/p>\n<p>Att baka br\u00f6d med mixade b\u00f6nor i degen \u00e4r n\u00e5got som jag har provat, och det fungerar v\u00e4ldigt bra.<\/p>\n<p>En sak som jag inte har provat \u00e4r att g\u00f6ra nougat p\u00e5 bruna b\u00f6nor. N\u00e4r jag arbetade p\u00e5 Sm\u00e5landsposten i V\u00e4xj\u00f6 under b\u00f6rjan av 1990-talet kom min chef tillbaka fr\u00e5n en reportageresa p\u00e5 \u00d6land och ber\u00e4ttade att en bonde d\u00e4r hade b\u00f6rjat med det.
