Och blev uppskattad av den grupp med blandade f\u00f6rsamlingsm\u00e4nniskor som var d\u00e4r p\u00e5 planeringsm\u00f6te. Mycket uppskattad!<\/p>\n<p>Den som inte har p\u00e4ron kan baka kakan med \u00e4pplen, plommon eller nektariner, till exempel, och eftersom den inte ska bli s\u00e5 h\u00f6g och eftersom den \u00e4ts med sked g\u00e5r det bra att baka den p\u00e5 glutenfritt mj\u00f6l om man vill.<\/p>\n<p>en ganska platt mjuk kaka<br \/>\nUgn: 175 grader, ca 30 minuter<\/p>\n<p>100 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n2 dl socker<br \/>\n2 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n1 tsk bakpulver<br \/>\n1 tsk vaniljsocker<br \/>\n2&#8211;4 p\u00e4ron (kanske 6 om de \u00e4r riktigt sm\u00e5)<br \/>\n2 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p>till formen:<br \/>\nsm\u00f6r<br \/>\nkokos<\/p>\n<p>ovanp\u00e5:<br \/>\nflorsocker<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret och l\u00e5t det svalna.<br \/>\nBlanda alla torra ingredienser. Sk\u00e4r p\u00e4ronen i klyftor.<br \/>\nR\u00f6r ihop sm\u00f6ret, de torra ingredienserna och \u00e4ggen och r\u00f6r till en j\u00e4mn smet.<br \/>\nSm\u00f6rj en form med l\u00f6stagbar kant och str\u00f6 kokos i den.
