Koka upp sju deciliter vatten. Skiva sm\u00f6ret \u00f6ver grynen, h\u00e4ll det kokande vattnet \u00f6ver, r\u00f6r om och l\u00e5t blandningen svalna till fingerv\u00e4rme.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4rm resterande vatten till fingerv\u00e4rme och r\u00f6r ut j\u00e4sten i det. H\u00e4ll ner detta i grynblandningen tillsammans med sirap, salt och kryddor. Arbeta in det mesta av vetemj\u00f6let och l\u00e4mna degen att j\u00e4sa under bakduk i ungef\u00e4r en halvtimme.<\/p>\n<p>Arbeta samman degen i bunken och v\u00e4lt upp den p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5t kl\u00e4dd med bakpl\u00e5tspapper (eller i en l\u00e5ngpanna). Str\u00f6 lite mj\u00f6l \u00f6ver degen och kavla ut den s\u00e5 att den t\u00e4cker hela pl\u00e5ten. Dela med en bakbordsskrapa f\u00f6rst i fj\u00e4rdedelar och sedan i mindre rutor, 4&#215;6. L\u00e4gg en bakduk \u00f6ver och l\u00e5t j\u00e4sa i ytterligare ungef\u00e4r en halvtimme.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda br\u00f6det i 200 graders ugnsv\u00e4rme mitt i ugnen i ungef\u00e4r 30 minuter.
