H\u00e4r \u00e4r den:<\/p>\n<p><em>Jo, jag funderade \u00f6ver det h\u00e4r med matl\u00e5da. Nu \u00e4r vi ju m\u00e5nga som ska ig\u00e5ng igen med jobb och skola och allt vad det \u00e4r, s\u00e5 vore det inte passande med ett inl\u00e4gg om matl\u00e5dor? Framf\u00f6r allt recept, men \u00e4ven tips p\u00e5 fina och bra burkar som inte blir tr\u00e5kigt missf\u00e4rgade av minsta tomatskv\u00e4tt.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Sj\u00e4lv vill jag g\u00e4rna ha tips p\u00e5 matl\u00e5da som passar s\u00e5dana som Stefan som inte har tillg\u00e5ng till kylsk\u00e5p att f\u00f6rvara l\u00e5dan i och inte heller micro eller andra uppv\u00e4rmningsm\u00f6jligheter. Maten ska helst g\u00e5 att \u00e4ta med sked, d\u00e5 det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att sk\u00e4ra upp maten om man har l\u00e5dan i kn\u00e4t och allts\u00e5 saknar matbord. Mackor p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden och tv\u00e4ren tr\u00f6ttnar man p\u00e5 och pastasallad inneh\u00e5ller f\u00f6r mycket gr\u00f6nsaker f\u00f6r att vara helt uppskattat \ud83d\ude42 <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mattermos g\u00e5r ju bra, men all mat passar inte i termosen s\u00e5 det g\u00e5r ju inte alltid att skrapa ner middagsresterna i termosen (pizza och potatisgrat\u00e4ng \u00e4r s\u00e5dant som fungerar d\u00e5ligt i mattermos!) utan man m\u00e5ste g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got annat.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Vad s\u00e4ger ni? N\u00e5gra tips?<\/p>\n<p>Jag som har lite d\u00e5lig k\u00f6ttfantasi skulle kanske satsa p\u00e5 att baka piroger med mycket k\u00f6tt i fyllningen och s\u00e5 en pastasallad, rissallad eller potatissallad med t\u00e4rnad ost och bara lite gr\u00f6nsaker till. Kanske en s\u00e5s eller dressing att t\u00f6mma ur en separat burk. D\u00e5 kan man ha pirogen separat och \u00e4ta den i handen, och s\u00e5 \u00e4ta salladen ur burken. Att blanda k\u00f6tt och \u00f6vrigt i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g om det inte finns kylsk\u00e5p skulle kunna inneb\u00e4ra lite h\u00e5llbarhetsrisker, eller hur?<\/p>\n<p>Man kan egentligen g\u00f6ra likadant med inbakad korv av olika slag (packa in helt i tunt utkalvad br\u00f6ddeg eller rulla in i en slinga deg, gr\u00e4dda och kyl) eller med en lite stabilare bit paj.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rresten, Jennifer: har ni testat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.designtorget.se\/designtorget\/se\/webbshop\/Uteliv.Matlada_Frozzypack.dcp\" target=\"_blank\">Frozzypack-l\u00e5dorna<\/a>?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>F\u00f6rra veckan kom det en v\u00e4ldigt bra fr\u00e5ga fr\u00e5n Jennifer.
